Xinglan builds every sign in one workshop, so quality is inspected at each step rather than trusted to a subcontractor. Materials are certified, drivers are UL-listed, and no sign leaves the floor until it has run lit for 48 hours.

Checked at every step
Incoming material check
Aluminum coil gauge, stainless grade (#304) and acrylic light transmission are verified before cutting.
Weld & seam inspection
Every welded body is ground and hand-brushed; seams are checked under raking light until they disappear.
Paint & finish
Faces and returns are car-baking finished to your Pantone/RAL and checked for even coverage and gloss.
Wiring & driver test
Only UL-listed Mean Well drivers; polarity, load and voltage are tested against the wiring diagram.
48-hour lit burn-in
Each sign runs continuously lit for 48 hours to catch dead LEDs and early driver failures before packing.
Photo proof & crating
You receive lit photos and video of your exact sign, then it ships in foam-lined export crates.
